Ticket Policies
Payment
Options
Option #1 — You can pay
with check or cash at the Paramount Box Office and take the tickets with you.
Option #2 — You can prepay by sending a check
to the Paramount or using your credit card and we will hold the tickets in the will call box.*
Option #3 — You can
hold your tickets with a credit card. At the time of performance you may
pay for the tickets with either cash or check. If you do not attend the performance, your
card will be charged for the tickets.*
*If you would then like the tickets to be mailed to you, please send a check
payable to the Paramount Theatre along with a self addressed stamped
envelope and an additional $2 to your total ticket price to cover processing
fees. If you choose this option, please be sure to allow enough time before the
performance(s) to receive your tickets.
Cancellation
Policy
We do not allow refunds or exchanges, unless the performance is cancelled
(see below).
Cancelled Performances
If
a performance is cancelled, all ticket money will be refunded. The Paramount
will try to reach all ticket buyers if a show is cancelled. Refunds can be
obtained at the Paramount with the submission of the purchased tickets.
