The Historic Paramount
Theatre was built in 1929 as a first run movie house, it is a unique atmospheric theatre with a Spanish motif. Restoration of the Paramount began in 1989.
Today, The Austin Area Commission for the Arts presents a full season of performing arts and makes the theater available to the community and artistis for private rental.
