The Historic Paramount Theatre is owned by the Austin Area Commission for the Arts (AACA), an independent, 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. The AACA's mission is "a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion and development of the fine arts and the on going preservation of the Historic Paramount Theatre in Austin, MN."

The AACA is operated by two part-time staff members and a large base of volunteers. Our volunteers assist with box office ticket sales, cleaning,  concession sales, event staff, mailings, and many other details too numerous to mention. The AACA is truly grateful for this dedicated group of individuals.
